It was a trek getting to this location, but it was absolutely worth it in the end. To film their love story, we drove over an hour outside of Calgary to Chris’ family farm where the two families had gathered for Easter dinner. The weather was perfect and the backdrops absolutely stunning, (so stunning that when we got back and showed the footage to a few people they thought it was fake!!)

To promote the new Southgate LRT Station, Southgate held numerous impromptu fashion shows at various LRT stations in Edmonton from Southgate to Churchill. We were asked to tag along and get some shots of the fashion shows and the crowds that gathered to watch. I believe this is what it feels like to be on the Apprentice. There were at least 30 people jumping onto a train, riding to the next station, getting off the train, unrolling the red carpet and putting up the Southgate sign, doing the fashion show, handing out gift bags and then packing up and moving on to the next stop… all to create a buzz about the new Southgate LRT station.
I think The Donald would have been impressed!!
Everyone’s favorite “it” girl, Michelle Lafrance thinks that love is nothing more than a fairytale… is there a Prince Charming out there that can change her mind?
One of the biggest perks of what we do is we get to meet and become friends with some wonderfully amazing people. It was so much fun working with Michelle and Daniel and meeting most of their enormous bridal party. This was definitely my funnest experience as I got to write, direct and produce this concept love story.
SPOILER ALERT: There’s going to be a dance off… and it will be classic!
